And I can tell you without hesitation: Eastside Phoenix is one of the most underrated communities in the entire Valley. Most people think of Scottsdale or Chandler when they think of the East Valley. But the neighborhoods east of Phoenix proper, the areas people call Eastside Phoenix, have something those cities don't. Let me tell you what it is.

Eastside Phoenix is not a master-planned subdivision where every house looks the same and the HOA tells you what color your front door can be. It is older, more established, and full of character.
